Program Service definition

Program Service as used herein shall mean Licensee’s content delivery service that is licensed in the Agreement, which shall be branded solely with the Crackle brand and shall be owned and controlled by Licensee. The terms of this Schedule are non- precedential and non-prejudicial with respect to any future agreement between the parties.
Program Service means the course of treatment used by an organization to provide a specific level of care of behavioral health treatment.
Program Service means any network or satellite-delivered or broadcast-originated service (including broadcast services made available pursuant to appropriate retransmission consent agreements) or individual program event or regional sports or news service, excluding, however, all Local Programming. "Local Programming" means programming which is of primarily local (as opposed to regional or national) interest, including local broadcast services other than local broadcast services which are the subject of retransmission consent agreements with TWC or its controlled Affiliates.

  • When medically necessary, extended patient appointments shall be provided in Designated Physician’s professional judgment, not as a Program Service.

  • All responses to invitations to add Providers to an existing Program Service will be evaluated in accordance with the same or substantively equivalent assessment process to the process used in establishing the DES Panel.

  • HCS or TxHmL Program Service Coordination for individuals enrolled in the HCS Program or TxHmL Program in accordance with 40 Tex.

  • A DES Panel refresh may result in one or more of the following: adding a new Program Service or a new component of an existing Program Service to a Provider's then current scope of Services; adding an ESA to a Provider's then current scope of Services; or adding additional Providers.

  • Assist in the coordination of disaster evacuation and relief plans for the Program Service Area when requested and under the direction of HHSC.

  • This employee shall also be assigned a password to log-in and enter Program, Service delivery and Client data.

Program Service means any one of them;
Program Service means any of them. “Prohibited Transaction” means a transaction that is prohibited under Section 4975 of the Code or Section 406 of ERISA and not exempt under Section 4975 of the Code or Section 408 of ERISA. “PTE” means a prohibited transaction class exemption issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, as any such exemption may be amended from time to time. “Public Lender” has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.01. “QFC” has the meaning given to the termqualified financial contract” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. § 5390(c)(8)(D). “QFC Credit Support” has the meaning given to the term in Section 10.23. “Qualified ECP Guarantor” means, in respect of any Swap Obligation, each Loan Party that has total assets exceeding $10,000,000 at the time the relevant Guarantee or grant of the relevant security interest becomes effective with respect to such Swap Obligation or such other person as constitutes an “eligible contract participant” under the Commodity Exchange Act or any regulations promulgated thereunder and can cause another person to qualify as an “eligible contract participant” at such time by entering into a keepwell under Section la(l8)(A)(v)(II) of the Commodity Exchange Act. “Quarter” means a fiscal quarterly period of the Company. “Real Property” means all real property and all rights benefiting such real property, specifically including (without intending to limit the generality of the foregoing) the following, whether now or hereafter existing, except to the extent that any of the following or the foregoing constitutes personal property relating primarily to, pertaining primarily to, used primarily in, or necessary for, the Network Business including, without limitation, the Related Documents (1) all buildings, structures and other improvements erected or located on such real property (collectively, the “Real Property Improvements”); (2) all easements, rights-of-way or use, air rights and development rights, and other estates, right, title, interest, privileges and MSGN – A&R Credit Agreement (2019)
Program Service means all the items within a single service provided by a given broadcaster as described in the preceding paragraph.

Related to Program Service

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.
