Program Source Funds definition

Program Source Funds means an amount of City funds available for inclusion in a Program Grant that is payable in a given Program Year, which shall equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of improvements to a maximum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) during the Twelve-Month Period ending in the same Program Year in which the Program Grant for that Program Year is payable.
Program Source Funds means an amount of City funds available for inclusion in a given Program Grant that is payable in a given Program year, which will equal a percentage (calculated in accordance with this Agreement) of the Development Site Real Property Tax Revenues, Development Site Personal Property Tax Revenues, and eighty percent (80%) of the Development Site Sales Tax Revenues received by the City during the previous calendar year.
Program Source Funds means an amount of City funds available for inclusion in the Program Grant that is payable pursuant to this Agreement, which shall equal five thousand three hundred dollars ($5,300.00). Property has the meaning ascribed to it in the Recital A. Term has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3. Twelve-Month Period means the period by which the construction of the improvements must be completed.
