Following the Programming Phase, the Construction Manager at Risk shall prepare a Statement of Probable Cost.
The MACC may be adjusted by the Owner at the completion of the Programming Phase, and the design fees modified.
Written authorization to proceed with the Schematic Design Phase will be given following review and acceptance of all services required under the Programming Phase.
In general, the Programming Phase will address the goals or mission statement, project context, functional program, site/access characteristics, and project phasing, as applicable.
