Programming Phase definition

Programming Phase is the phase of the Project during which the comprehensive facilities program is discussed and determined as more thoroughly defined in Section 3.4 .

Examples of Programming Phase in a sentence

  • Following the Programming Phase, the Construction Manager at Risk shall prepare a Statement of Probable Cost.

  • The MACC may be adjusted by the Owner at the completion of the Programming Phase, and the design fees modified.

  • Written authorization to proceed with the Schematic Design Phase will be given following review and acceptance of all services required under the Programming Phase.

  • In general, the Programming Phase will address the goals or mission statement, project context, functional program, site/access characteristics, and project phasing, as applicable.

  • Fees, if any, to be paid for the Programming Phase shall not be included in the applicable statutory fee limitations if any.

  • The Programming Phase of this work shall be Completed by the Architect/Engineer under a separate agreement between the parties.

  • Approval of the schematic design document (Schematic Design Documents) by NMSU will constitute the end of the Project Programming Phase and the Schematic Design Phase.

Related to Programming Phase

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
