Programs and applications means operating programs and applications that you purchase and that are:
Programs and applications means operating programs, applications, and data management tools that can be readily purchased on a retail or wholesale basis and that are: a. stored on "media"; or b. pre-installed and stored in "hardware". Applications include, but are not limited to, programs for word processing, spreadsheet calculations, data management tools, and graphic design.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.

  • Regulatory Filings means all applications, approvals, licenses, notifications, registrations, submissions and authorizations made to or received from a Regulatory Authority in the Territory necessary for the development, manufacture or commercialization of a pharmaceutical product, including any INDs, NDAs and Regulatory Approvals.
