Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the Progress Schedule during all disputes or disagreements with Owner.
The Contractor’s Progress Schedule, required as a part of this section and in conformance with Section 108.4 of the Missouri Standard Specifications shall reflect coordination of the contractor’s work with that of the utility relocation including, without limitation, all dependencies of the contractor’s or its subcontractors work upon relocation of utility lines and facilities and the effects of the utility relocation on the order of work provided in other parts of the contract documents.
The Progress Schedule will be acceptable to Engineer if it provides an orderly progression of the Work to completion within the Contract Times.
Such acceptance will not impose on Engineer responsibility for the Progress Schedule, for sequencing, scheduling, or progress of the Work nor interfere with or relieve Contractor from Contractor's full responsibility therefor.
The Contractor shall also submit a working plan with the Progress Schedule, consisting of a concise written description of the construction plan.
