Project Co Representative means the person designated as such by Project Co on or prior to Commercial Close and any permitted replacement.

Project Co Representative means the person or persons specified in item 11 in the Contract Particulars subject to replacement, termination or delegation in accordance with clause 9.2(e). Project Delivery Management Plan means the plan relating to Project Co's management of the D&C Activities prepared and updated by Project Co in accordance with the Project Plans and O&M Manuals Section.
