  • Subject to compliance with Article VIII, and subject to CURAGEN's license and right of access as set forth in Article 4.01 and Article IX, during the Discovery Collaboration Term and thereafter, RVI shall have exclusive access to each RVI Discovery Project Data Set for the purpose of discovering and developing RVI Products.

  • With respect to a Research Project Data Set, Completion shall mean the date upon which (i) substantially all the electrophoresis data contemplated in the associated Research Plan is entered into GeneScape(R) and made available for viewing by COR and (ii) notice is given to COR and the Steering Committee pursuant to Section 3.01(c).

  • Should CURAGEN elect to provide Project Data Sets to ---------------- third parties pursuant to 3.15 above, CURAGEN shall not be permitted to identify the Project Data Set as being from GW or annotate the Project Data Set with the date of sample submission by GW to CURAGEN.

Related to Project Data Set

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Data Site means an electronic password protected data site maintained by the Borrower (or by the Collateral Manager on behalf of Borrower) at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation, Intralinks, SyndTrak Online or any other similar electronic distribution system reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Data Set means specific CancerMPact or Epi Database data provided by Oracle to Client pursuant to the Agreement and Order. This includes the data, analysis, models and any other information contained in the database or report to be accessed by multiple subscribers, and any other non-custom engagement performed by Oracle.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
