Examples of Project Development Partnering Services in a sentence

  • Once the Stage 1 Submission becomes a Stage 1 Approved Project, WEPCo, will (pursuant to Paragraph 5.1) when requested to do so in writing by the Participant, provide further Project Development Partnering Services to proceed regularly and diligently to develop a Stage 1 Approved Project into a detailed submission.

  • WEPCo's performance of its obligations under Schedule 12 (Planning Matters) in respect of a specific Approved Project shall be deemed to be part of the Project Development Partnering Services and the costs incurred relative thereto shall be included as part of the Project Development Fee.

  • Save in the circumstances set out in Clause 22 (Participant Default) and Schedule Part 6 (Approval Process for New Projects), hubco shall recover its Partnering Services Costs in respect of Ongoing Partnering Services and Project Development Partnering Services as provided in Schedule Part 5 (Partnering Services Costs).

  • Where hubco has validly served a Participant Default Notice more than once in any twelve (12) month period in respect of the same Participant, it shall not be required to provide either the Project Development Partnering Services or any Strategic Support Services to that Participant under this Agreement except on terms which provide, inter alia, for the payment by such Participant of all Partnering Services Costs (other than those which are already being paid via Project Agreements) monthly in arrears.

  • Project Development Partnering Services, being Partnering Services provided by hubco in connection with the development of New Projects, which shall include: New Project Development and Delivery; Selection from Supply Chain for each New Project; Funding; and Value for Money.

  • Following approval under paragraph 4 above, ▇▇▇▇▇ will, when requested so to do in writing by the Relevant Participant(s), provide further Project Development Partnering Services to proceed regularly and diligently to develop a Stage 1 Approved Project into a detailed submission meeting the requirements of this paragraph 5, to be put to the Relevant Participant(s) (copied to the TPB) (a "Stage 2 Submission").

Related to Project Development Partnering Services

  • Project Developer means any person who engages in the development of projects in the

  • local spatial development framework means a local spatial development framework contemplated in section 9;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.
