Project Execution Plan definition

Project Execution Plan means the plan referred to in Article 3.1.3(c) hereof;
Project Execution Plan has the meaning set forth in the Scope Book.
Project Execution Plan. (PEP) means the Consultant’s comprehensive suite of fully integrated and fully functioning plans, systems and procedures for the Project.

  • To submit to the Nodal Agency, CEA & Independent Engineer, the Project Execution Plan, immediately after award of contract(s) and maximum within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Project Execution Plan

Project Execution Plan means the plan to be developed by Contractor and approved by Owner as provided in Section 3.5(h) setting forth the processes and procedures that shall enable the Work to be managed in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.
Project Execution Plan has the meaning given in paragraph 1.3.1(b)(i)(3) of Section 1 (Specification) of Schedule 3 (Partnering Services);
Project Execution Plan means DGD’s project execution plan for the construction of a New Facility, as approved by a Supermajority Interest and as it may be amended or revised from time to time, in each case in accordance with Section 5.7(c).
Project Execution Plan means the governing document for the execution and management of the Project, which has defined a plan containing specific tasks and, an execution methodology that identifies and addresses key risks and mitigants relating to the Project, as well as supporting documentation and schedules to evidence performance of the activities specified therein as the Project progresses.
Project Execution Plan means the plan and each component plan thereof prepared by Contractor and set forth in Appendix W for the execution of the Work and Contractor’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement throughout the performance of the Work, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4.6.
Project Execution Plan or “PEP” means the technology transfer project execution plan. The initial PEP is attached hereto as Exhibit M (Project Execution Plan) and will be incorporated by the Parties into a Work Order.
Project Execution Plan means the Project Execution Plan attached as Attachment B.
