Examples of Project IPRs in a sentence

  • The Company is responsible for seeking and maintaining protection for Project IPRs at its sole cost, including the filing, conduct, prosecution and maintenance of all patents arising in respect of Project Inventions.

  • TWCIS shall offer such Reciprocal Transit Service arrangements under terms and conditions of an amendment to this Agreement or a separate agreement no less favorable than those provided in this Section.

  • If Wellcome exercises its right to exploit the Company under Clause [14.4], the Company shall pass to Wellcome immediately any or all exploitation opportunities [in the applicable indication] [in the Field] in [the relevant [countries] [in any country] that it becomes aware of from time to time in connection with the Project IPRs [and Products] [in the Field].
