Project Monitoring Form definition

Project Monitoring Form means the form to be completed and submitted to the Authority by the Recipient under paragraph 1(a) of Part A of the Funding Schedule and which shall take the form of the template set out at part (a) of Schedule 7.

  • This AGREEMENT shall remain in effect on the date shown on Page 5, after the signature of the Executive Director for TAM, until: 1) the scope of work included in Exhibit A is completed and the final reimbursement request and Project Monitoring Form have been approved by TAM, 2) this AGREEMENT has been terminated as provided in Section 5, "Termination," or 3) the expiration date as provided in Section 15, “Unexpended Funds,” has lapsed, which ever comes first.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Individual monitoring devices means devices designed to be worn by a single individual for the assessment of dose equivalent. For purposes of these regulations, "personnel dosimeter" and "dosimeter" are equivalent terms. Examples of individual monitoring devices are film badges, thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs), pocket ionization chambers, optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dosimeters and personal air sampling devices.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
