Project Requirement definition

Project Requirement means the establishment and ongoing provision by the Company by three (3) years from the Effective Date of the Tobacco Commission Grant Agreement (or in the case that an extension is granted by the Tobacco Commission by four (4) years from the Effective Date of the Tobacco Commission Grant Agreement) of high speed, reliable, affordable Internet service to 95% of the Target Census Blocks of each of the Counties which are Unserved or Underserved as of December 2017. For the purposes of this definition, high speed shall mean download speeds capable of at least 25 Mbps and upload speeds capable of at least 3 Mbps; reliable shall mean complying with the coverage and service levels set forth in Section 11; and affordable shall mean complying with the provisions of Section 16 relating to cost of services. In order for the Company to accomplish the Project Requirement, the Company must report its success in providing the aforesaid service to census blocks to the FCC. No change in FCC rules shall exempt the Company from providing download speeds of at least 25 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 3 Mbps to 95% of the Target Census Blocks of each of the Counties which are Unserved or Underserved as of December 2017.

In March 2017, with the UK Autumn Budget, DCMS published the 5G Strategy, which included commitments to allocate grant funding to the 5G Testbeds & Trials Programme in conjunction with the establishment of UK5G (formerly known as the 5G Innovation Network). On [date] 2019, DCMS launched the 5G Rural Connected Communities Competition. The Application was shortlisted to receive a grant on [date]. Further to submitting the Application, the Recipient attended an interview with DCMS on [date]. The Application was successful and was formally approved by the 5G Programme Board on [date]. The Project was approved by the Authority on [date]. The Parties have agreed for the Grant to be provided to the Recipient for the Project on the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement.

Examples of Project Requirement in a sentence

  • All reports, studies, and other documents produced under the Project must bear the statement in Project Requirement 3, below.

  • Default Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard, or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, USD 10,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case, as of the occurrence of the relevant Credit Event.
