Project State definition

Project State shall have the meaning specified in Schedule I to this Agreement.
Project State means each state of the United States of America or Washington, D.C., to the extent approved under the applicable Tax Equity Documents.
Project State means the State of Georgia.

  • After completion of the Project, State may require Grantee to conduct a final audit to State’s specifications, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s expense, such audit to be conducted by and a report prepared by an independent Certified Public Accountant.
