Projected Annual Energy Output definition

Projected Annual Energy Output means the historic average of actual generation of the Facility or, for a Net Metered Facility, the Excess Energy Output of the Net Metered Facility since the Commercial Operation Date or, solely for the period up to and including the Contract Year immediately after the Contract Year in which the Commercial Operation Date occurred, the amount identified on the Cover Sheet hereto.
Projected Annual Energy Output has the meaning set out in Clause 7.6.
Projected Annual Energy Output means Buyer’s Percentage Entitlement of the historic average of actual generation of the Facility since the Commercial Operation Date or, solely for the period up to and including the Contract Year immediately after the Contract Year in which the Commercial Operation Date occurred, 760,000 MWh (which amount may be revised by mutual agreement of Seller and Buyer based on final configuration, turbine choice, final wind analysis, and regulatory and permit restrictions or as a result of a reduction in the nameplate capacity of the Facility under Section 4.10), in each case in MWh per Contract Year.

Examples of Projected Annual Energy Output in a sentence

  • Buyer shall return a portion of the Performance Guarantee Deposit quarterly during the first Contract Year pro rata based on the actual Energy Delivered to Buyer during such quarter compared to the total Projected Annual Energy Output for the first Contract Year.

  • For purposes of determining the Termination Payment pursuant to Section 8.3(b)(i) and 8.3(b)(iii) above, the quantity of Products to be delivered shall be based upon the then-current Projected Annual Energy Output (the “Supply Forecast”).

More Definitions of Projected Annual Energy Output

Projected Annual Energy Output means the historic average of actual generation since the Commercial Operation Date or, solely in the first Contract Year, [projected generation initially to be provided with the bid], in each case in MWh per Contract Year.
Projected Annual Energy Output means the historic annual average of actual Energy generation of the Facility, Delivered to the Delivery Point, since the Commercial Operation Date or, solely for the period up to and including the Contract Year immediately after the Contract Year in which the Commercial Operation Date occurred, 208,015 MWh, in each case in MWh per Contract Year.
