Annual Allocation, Preparation, Completion, And Submission Of The Proper Documentation For Renewal / Re-certification And/or Reapplication For Qualifying Income-Driven And Public Service Loan Forgiveness Programs That Are Available Through The Department Of Education.
In the event the actual cost incurred by the Utility Owner is greater than the estimate on which the Proper Documentation was based, and Utility Owner seeks reimbursement from the Development Entity, the Development Entity may supplement the Proper Documentation with such additional cost incurred, and the Department shall reimburse such additional costs within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the amended Property Documentation.
The Development Entity shall submit a signed Service or Line Extension Agreement (as the case may be) by and between the Transit Agency and the Development Entity and such agreement shall constitute “Proper Documentation.” The Development Entity shall send such Proper Documentation to the Utility Owner and to the Department.
Upon the Department’s receipt and approval of the Proper Documentation and record of the Development Entity’s payment made to the Utility Owner, the Department shall reimburse the Development Entity the amount as stated in the Proper Documentation within thirty (30) days of the receipt of such Proper Documentation.
In the event the costs incurred by the Utility Owner are less than the estimate in the Proper Documentation, Development Entity shall reimburse the Department for such amount within thirty (30) days of completion of the work referenced in the Proper Documentation.
Upon the Development Entity’s receipt of the the Department’s written approval of the Proper Documentation estimate, the Development Entity will send the signed Service (or Line) Extension Agreement to the Utility Owner and will pay the Utility Owner the estimate in the Proper Documentation.
