Properly Nominated definition

Properly Nominated means a Nomination or Renomination by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or by a third party on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, for the taking of a Quantity of Exit Gas or the delivery of a Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow, which is in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s rights under the Agreement and is made in the manner and within the time limits as set out in the Conditions.
Properly Nominated has the meaning set out in Article 6.6.1.
Properly Nominated means in relation to a quantity of Gas in respect of an Hour, the Proper Nomination.

  • BBL Company shall apply a matching procedure to ensure that the Properly Nominated Quantity of Exit Gas and the confirmed Quantity of Transfer Gas Forward Flow are the same.

  • BBL Company shall apply a matching procedure to ensure that the Properly Nominated Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow and the confirmed Quantity of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow are the same.

  • The Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow Properly Nominated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will then be deemed to be equal to the Quantity of Entry Gas Reverse Flow that is accepted by BBL Company.

  • During each Hour BBL Company shall (i) take Quantities of Entry Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and/or (ii) make available to Shipper at the TTF Quantities of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and taken by Shipper at the TTF.

  • Each Properly Nominated DCQ shall be an amount which is neither greater than one hundred and five (105) percent nor less than ninety five (95) percent of the DCQ as per relevant eSPN.

More Definitions of Properly Nominated

Properly Nominated means in relation to a quantity of Gas in respect of any Day, the Proper Nomination. 6.6.2 A Proper Nomination made by the Buyer in respect of any Day shall not exceed the DCQ.
Properly Nominated. GAS: Buyer must Properly Nominate any gas for which Buyer requests delivery. "Properly Nominate" means that Buyer's dispatcher shall give Seller's dispatcher timely prior notice, sufficient to meet the requirements of all pipelines, gatherers or distributors involved in the gas delivery to Buyer, of the volumes of gas Buyer desires to purchase and take on each day. Such notice shall be at least twenty-four hours prior to the earliest regularly scheduled nomination deadline of the pipelines/distributors receiving or delivering gas at the Delivery Point(s) for gas to be delivered commencing on the first day of a month, and one hour earlier than such deadline for any subsequent nomination. All gas taken hereunder shall be taken in as nearly equal daily and hourly quantities as operating conditions permit. Buyer shall not make intraday or late nominations of gas hereunder, unless Seller otherwise agrees.
Properly Nominated means (a) with respect to SD Gas, quantities of SD Gas properly nominated by SD in accordance with Article III of this Agreement, and (b) with respect to Legacy Plant Oxy CO2, quantities of Legacy Plant Oxy CO2 properly nominated by SD in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement.
