No commissions shall be paid to Property Manager in the event of the consummation of a lease more than six (6) months after the termination of this Agreement. In the event that Property Manager has been terminated and a lease is being negotiated with a Prospective Tenant, Property Manager must continue with such negotiations or agree to split its commission with Owner's new representative.
