Protocol I definition

Protocol I means Protocol I to the MARPOL Convention.

  • In this regard, the Joint Committee is hereby authorized to meet at the earliest convenience upon the entry into force of this Agreement to initiate the negotiations on concessions in trade of basic and processed agricultural products and fisheries and to establish the Annexes of Protocol I to this Agreement.

  • Protocol I prohibits the use of weapons intended to injure by fragments which are not detectable in the human body by X-rays.

  • For the purposes of this Chapter, "originating" means qualifying under the rules of origin set out in Protocol I to this Agreement.
