Provider error definition

Provider error means and may result from:
Provider error means that an institution unintentionally received increased benefits caused by incorrect actions (including delayed or no action) by the Department of Human Services staff or department processes.

  • The stop payment fee will not be assessed if (1) the Service Provider stops the payment due to a Service Provider error, (2) the payment was not posted by the Payee even though the End User correctly submitted the Payee address, or (3) the payment check was lost in the mail.

  • If the invoicing has resulted in an error resulting from Service Provider error, such as a system error or a human error and the invoice has not been created or has not been received by Customer and that domain is closed or even made available for registrarion by anyone and eventually third party has registered it, Service Provider will only be obligated to pay for a new equivalent price domain.
