Provisioning Data definition

Provisioning Data means the documentation provided by Boeing to Customer, including but not limited to the Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL), identifying all Boeing initial provisioning requirements for the Aircraft.
Provisioning Data means any data generated from the use of Upsolver's platform, which excludes Customer’s Data (e.g., error logs, usage statistics, billing information, objects created in Upsolver's platform etc.).
Provisioning Data has the meaning set out in Clause 5.2.2 of Appendix 3.

Examples of Provisioning Data in a sentence

  • After review and acceptance by Boeing of such Customer information, Boeing will prepare the Provisioning Data.

  • The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Customer for initial provisioning of Spare Parts and Standards for the Aircraft.

  • Such Provisioning Data will be furnished to Customer on or about ninety (90) days after Boeing finalizes the engineering drawings for the Aircraft.

  • Boeing will provide estimated prices in the Provisioning Data for Provisioning Items other than items listed in Article 3.3, below, that are Supplier Spare Parts.

  • Boeing will furnish to Customer revisions to the Provisioning Data until approximately ninety (90) days following delivery of the last Aircraft or until the delivery configuration of each of the Aircraft is reflected in the Provisioning Data, whichever is later.

  • The Provisioning Data will set forth the prices for those Provisioning Items other than items listed in Article 3.3, below, that are Boeing Spare Parts, and such prices will be firm and remain in effect for ninety (90) days from the date the price is first quoted to Customer in the Provisioning Data.

  • The Initial Provisioning Data provided to the Buyer shall include data for hardware and standard material.

  • Boeing will, from time to time, until a date approximately 90 days following delivery of the last Aircraft or until the delivery configuration of each of the Aircraft is reflected in the Provisioning Data, whichever is later, furnish to Customer revisions to the Provisioning Data.

  • Such Provisioning Data will be provided in either SPEC 2000 format or any other agreed format.

  • The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Customer for initial provisioning for the Aircraft.

  • Provisioning involves the exchange of information between Telecommunications Carriers where one executes a request for a set of products and services or Unbundled Network Elements or combinations thereof from the other with attendant acknowledgments and status reports. "Pseudo Automatic Number Identification" or "Pseudo-ANI" is a number, consisting of the same number of digits as ANI, that is not a NANP telephone directory number and may be used in place of an ANI to convey special meaning, determined by agreements, as necessary, between the system originating the call, intermediate systems handling and routing the call, and the destination system. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • System prototype means a model of a product or technology that can demonstrate performance in an operational environment;

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
