If Citizens receives a Public Records Request (“PRR”) or a request from any regulatory or legislative entity regarding Vendor’s Confidential Information, it shall promptly notify Vendor in writing.
In no event shall the Firm respond to a Public Records Request outside of Citizens’ direction and involvement.
