Public Records Requests. The Assessor shall fully comply with the Municipality’s public records decisions and provide full access to all assessors records in a timely manner to the Village or to anyone the Municipality designates. “Assessor Records” as that term is used herein, shall mean any and all “records” as that term is defined in the Wisconsin Open Records Law (19.32 as amended), and interpreted by the Municipality in its sole discretion. The Municipality shall be permitted to disseminate information compiled under this contract in any manner it deems appropriate. Assessor expressly acknowledges and agrees that its obligations concerning public records and compliance under this contract should not be limited by copyright, license, privacy and/or confidentiality except as authorized under the Public Records Law.
Public Records Requests means any public records requests or subpoenas related in any way to the Action issued by Defendant or on Defendant’s behalf, including the public records requests that are the subject of the Mandamus Actions.
