Purchase Option Contract definition

Purchase Option Contract means any contract granting the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary the option to purchase one or more Vessels and/or any Related Business Assets or any asset to be used or useful in a Permitted Business, including any amendments, supplements or modifications thereto.
Purchase Option Contract means the contract that gives the Participant, during a stated fixed period, the right to buy a specified number of full and/or fractional Shares of common stock of the Corporation at a stated Exercise Price regardless of the Fair Market Value of the Shares at the time of exercise.
