Purchaser Related Party means the Purchaser and any of its former, current or future Affiliates and any of the foregoing’s respective former, current or future, direct or indirect, officers, directors, employees, Affiliates, stockholders, equity holders, managers, members, partners, agents, attorneys, advisors or other Representatives or any of the foregoing’s respective successors or assigns.
