PVG Scheme definition

PVG Scheme means the scheme established under section 44 of the PVG Act managed by Disclosure Scotland for Individuals undertaking Regulated Work with Protected Adults and/or Regulated Work with Children as defined in the PVG Act.
PVG Scheme means the disclosure system as defined by Section 44 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (the PVG Act) and managed by Disclosure Scotland for persons undertaking Regulated Work with Protected Adults and/or Children as defined in the PVG Act;
PVG Scheme means the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme in terms of Part 2 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

  • The Provider shall record and store information disclosed to it in connection with Disclosures and/or the PVG Scheme as detailed in Law including in the Code of Practice published by the Scottish Government under section 122 of Part V of the Police Act 1997 (as may be amended from time to time).
