QA Report definition

QA Report has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.6 of Schedule 11 (Benchmarking). QA Requirements means the standards to which the Services are to be delivered as defined in Schedule 3 (Service Levels and Service Credits).

  • Claims QA Report Monthly – by the 10th of the month following the previous month Detailed report of all claims processing errors identified as a result of vendor’s internal QA review.

  • After the 30-day response period, the Board shall take appropriate action in response to the QA Report; • Identify necessary resources needed to effectively manage internal knowledge of risk exposure and existing laws and regulations; • Assess risks of non-compliance with laws and regulations and disclosure obligations, incorporating such risk assessments into internal audit procedures; and • Implement technology to improve auditing techniques with respect to compliance issues and risk exposure.

  • The QA Report shall be provided to all executive officers at the Company and the full Board.

  • Consistent with Section 409A and the guidance issued thereunder, and as confirmed in Q&A 39 of the ABA Section of Taxation’s 2008 IRS Q&A Report, this Plan provides different time and form of payment with respect to separately identifiable amounts attributable to Restoration Plan Benefits calculated using the cash balance formula versus those calculated using the final average pay formula.

  • Within ten (10) Business Days of the date of the QA Report, the Service Provider will provide a written response to the Customer, such response to include an action plan and timetable (to be approved by the Customer) for implementing such changes as are required to be made by the Service Provider to ensure that the QA Requirements are provided to the standards stated in the Agreement.

Related to QA Report

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. and dated March 26, 2004 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A, and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.
