QC Sample definition

QC Sample shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 4.1.
QC Sample means the quality control sample, other than regulatory samples which AGC shall retain pursuant to Section 6.7 of the General Terms and Conditions, used to perform the testing of a GMP Product.
QC Sample shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 5.1.

Examples of QC Sample in a sentence

  • Label the bottles and all copies of the paperwork as "Lab QC Sample"; the laboratory must know that this sample is for their QC analyses.

  • A minimum of one field sample per week or 1 per 20 samples (including field blanks and duplicates), whichever is greater, must be designated as the "Lab QC Sample" for the medium and laboratory duplicate analysis.

  • If the third party laboratory determines that such QC Sample meets the Release Criteria, then PCYC shall be deemed to have accepted such Batch, and shall pay for such Batch as set forth in Section 5.2.   • The District may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the City entering into a construction contract for the Project by providing the City 90 days’ advance written notice, provided that, unless termination is for cause, the City may continue to submit reasonable requests for reimbursement up to the amount of funds appropriated in an approved District budget for work that was performed prior to the date of termination.

  • If Medarex disagrees with IDM’s determination that a QC Sample or a Batch does not meet the Specifications, a sample drawn from the corresponding Batch of Antibody shall be submitted to a mutually acceptable third party laboratory.

  • Prior to the shipment of any Batch of Product, DOTTIKON shall provide PCYC with (a) a quality control sample of such Batch as specified in the applicable Product Appendix (the "QC Sample") for the purpose of confirming that such Batch meets the Product Specifications; (b) one copy of the corresponding Released Executed Batch Record, together with written confirmation that such Batch record has been reviewed and approved by DOTTIKON's quality assurance unit; and (c) a certificate of analysis for such Batch.

  • Such notice is to be delivered to DOTTIKON within [ *** ] from PCYC's receipt of the QC Sample, Released Executed Batch Record and certificate of analysis from the designated carrier or such other period as may be specified in the applicable Product Appendix (the "Testing Period").

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;
