Qualified Interruptible Load definition

Qualified Interruptible Load means load (including pumped storage hydroelectric generation in the pumping mode) subject by contract to interruption by the Transmission Provider and which qualifies as Active Load Management in accordance with Schedule 5.2.
Qualified Interruptible Load means any load located within the DLC Zone that ---------------------------- is subject to interruption by PJM West or DLC and is certified as a qualified capacity resource in accordance with the PJM West Protocols.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.
