  • Upon approval of the Qualifying System installation, successful completion of the Commissioning and execution of the Agreement, Supplier and Distributor will, in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, authorize Participant to interconnect and operate its Qualifying System in parallel with the electric distribution system of Distributor.

  • Participant shall provide Distributor and Supplier with a list of scheduled or required tests and the results of these tests whether or not Distributor or Supplier elect to witness the testing prior to or at the time of the Final Inspection of Qualifying System.

  • As soon as practicable after the condition(s) necessitating disconnection has been remedied, Distributor will unlock the disconnect switch so Participant may re-energize the Qualifying System.

  • Prior to parallel operation, the Distributor and Supplier may inspect the Qualifying System for compliance with standards which may include a witness test.

Related to Qualifying System

  • Qualifying Service means five years or more of continuous service and residence away from the home country and the country of nationality of a staff member, or the country where the staff member has acquired permanent resident status.
