  • Any financial statements included in the Monthly Reports, the Quarterly Operating Statements or the Annual Operating Statement must be accompanied by a certificate of Operator’s designated accounting officer certifying that such statements were prepared under such officer’s supervision and that such statements were true and correct as of the date prepared.
