Quotation Amount definition
Quotation Amount means the amount in the Relevant Currency stated as the notional amount with respect to a particular Limit Bid, Limit Offer, Initial Market Bid, Initial Market Offer, Physical Settlement Buy Request or Physical Settlement Sell Request in a Participating Bidder's Initial Market Submission, a Physical Settlement Request or Limit Order Submission, as applicable, which amount in each case will be an integral multiple of an amount equal to the Quotation Amount Increment.
Quotation Amount means the amount specified as such in the Pricing Supplement (which may be specified by reference to an amount in a currency or by reference to a Representative Amount) or, if no amount is specified in the Pricing Supplement, the Reference Entity Nominal Amount (or, in either case, its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency converted by the Calculation Agent by reference to exchange rates in effect at the time that the relevant Quotation is being obtained).
Quotation Amount means, with respect to any Reference Obligation relating to any Transaction, the lesser of (a) the related Reference Amount and (b) USD3,000,000.

Quotation Amount means any amount not greater than the then aggregate outstanding notional amount of the Securities, as selected in the sole discretion of the Calculation Agent.
Quotation Amount means for any Valuation Obligation in the Valuation Obligation Portfolio, its Valuation Obligation Notional Amount.
Quotation Amount means, in respect of a Valuation Obligation comprised in the Valuation Portfolio, an amount in the Obligation Currency selected by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, such amount not exceeding the Valuation Obligation Notional Amount.
