Quotations or "Quotes" means any written or verbal offer containing information regarding price, quantity, and a description of a good, equipment, or service. All Quotes communicated to the Authority shall be documented. Bid or quote solicitation must include shipping, handling and other ancillary charges, if applicable.

More Definitions of Quotations

Quotations means, as set forth in the “Whereas” clauses, collectively the Initial Quotation and any Additional Quotations.
