Ratable Note definition

Ratable Note means any promissory note issued at the request of a Lender pursuant to Section 2.13(d) to evidence its Ratable Loans in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Ratable Note means a promissory note in substantially the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, duly executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower for the account of a Bank and payable to the order of such Bank in the amount of its Commitment, including any amendment, modification, renewal or replacement of such promissory note.

Ratable Note means a promissory note in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto, duly executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower for the account of each Lender and payable to the order of a Lender in the amount of its Commitment, including any amendment, modification, renewal or replacement of such promissory note. "Rate Hedging Obligations" of a Person means any and all obligations of such Person, whether absolute or contingent and howsoever and whensoever created, arising, evidenced or acquired (including all renewals, extensions and modifications thereof and substitutions therefor), under (a) any and all agreements, devices or arrangements designed to protect at least one of the parties thereto from the fluctuations of interest rates, exchange rates or forward rates applicable to such party’s assets, liabilities or exchange transactions, including, but not limited to, dollar-denominated or cross-currency interest rate exchange agreements, interest rate swaps, forward currency exchange agreements, interest rate cap or collar protection agreements, forward rate currency or interest rate options, puts and warrants, and (b) any and all cancellations, buybacks, reversals, terminations or assignments of any of the foregoing.
Ratable Note means one of the promissory notes substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

  • Tranche A Note means a promissory note substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Tranche A Loans made by such Lender, to the extent requested by such Lender pursuant to Section 2.08(e).

This Section 10.06 shall not be deemed to affect any right of subrogation, indemnity, reimbursement or contribution that any Guarantor may have under Law against the Borrower in respect of any payment of Obligations.

  • Term Loan A Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Term Loan A Lender evidencing the portion of the Term Loan A made by such Term Loan A Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1.
