Rate and Method definition

Rate and Method means the rate and method of apportionment of the special taxes of the District approved by the qualified electors of the Improvement Area.
Rate and Method means the Rate and Method of Apportionment of the Special Tax authorizing the levy and collection of special taxes pursuant to proceedings undertaken for the formation of the CFD pursuant to the Act.
Rate and Method means the Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Taxes of the District, as set forth in the Ordinance and as approved pursuant to the Act, and as such may be amended or interpreted from time to time.

  • Rate and Method of Overtime Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek.

  • Such Special Taxes levied and collected prior to the issuance of the Bonds that are not required to pay Administrative Expenses (as defined in the Rate and Method), including any prepayment of Special Taxes prior to the issuance of Bonds, shall be referred to as “Available Special Taxes” and shall be deposited in a fund or account of the City (the “CFD No. 2024 1 Project Account”).


More Definitions of Rate and Method

Rate and Method means the Rate and Method of Apportionment of the Special Tax authorizing the levy and collection of Special Taxes pursuant to proceedings undertaken for the formation of the CFD pursuant to the Act.
Rate and Method means the rate and method of apportionment of the Special Taxes approved by the qualified electors of the Community Facilities District, as it may be amended in accordance with its terms.

Rate and Method means the Rate and Method of Apportionment of Assessment to be approved by the City, with the prior written consent of the Owner, in connection with the formation of the Exit #3 Improvement District (a copy of which will be attached hereto as Exhibit K, upon such approval by the City and the Owner), as amended with the prior written consent of the Owner.
Rate and Method means the rate and method of apportionment of the Special Taxes approved by the qualified electors of the Community Facilities District.
