Rate Switch Trigger Event Date definition

Rate Switch Trigger Event Date means, in relation to USD:
Rate Switch Trigger Event Date means: 1.25.1 in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event described in paragraph [1.23.1] of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the Screen Rate ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable; [and] 1.25.2 in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event described in paragraphs [1.23.2], [1.23.3] or [1.23.4] of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the Screen Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable[;] [and] 1.25.3 [in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event described in paragraph [1.23.5] of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the Screen Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be representative of the underlying market and the economic reality that it is intended to measure (as determined by the supervisor of the administrator of the Screen Rate)] [; and] 1.25.4 [specify applicable Rate Switch Trigger Event Date for any other Rate Switch Trigger Events which are specified].
Rate Switch Trigger Event Date means, in relation to a Rate Switch Currency: (a) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “Rate Switch Trigger Event,” the date on which the relevant Screen Rate ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable; and (b) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraphs (a)(ii), (a)(iii) or (a)(iv) of the definition of “Rate Switch Trigger Event,” the date on which the relevant Screen Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable; and (c) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraph (b) of the definition of “Rate Switch Trigger Event,” the date on which the relevant Screen Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be representative of the underlying market and the economic reality that it is intended to measure (as determined by the supervisor of the administrator of such Screen Rate).

More Definitions of Rate Switch Trigger Event Date

Rate Switch Trigger Event Date means, following the occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event in relation to a Rate Switch Currency, the date on which the relevant Screen Rate for that Rate Switch Currency ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable.
Rate Switch Trigger Event Date means, in relation to a Rate Switch Currency: (a) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the relevant Primary Term Rate ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable; (b) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraphs (a)(ii), (a)(iii) or (a)(iv) of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the relevant Primary Term Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be published or otherwise becomes unavailable; and (c) in the case of an occurrence of a Rate Switch Trigger Event for that Rate Switch Currency described in paragraph (b) of the definition of Rate Switch Trigger Event, the date on which the relevant Primary Term Rate for the relevant Quoted Tenor ceases to be permanently or indefinitely displayed or to be representative of the underlying market and the economic reality that it is intended to measure (as determined by the supervisor of the administrator of such Primary Term Rate).

Related to Rate Switch Trigger Event Date

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Switch Event Date means the date recorded in the Registry as being the date on which a trader assumes responsibility for an ICP;

  • Ratings Trigger Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Swap Provider Trigger Event A Swap Termination Payment that is triggered upon: (i) an Event of Default under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is a Defaulting Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement), (ii) a Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) or (iii) an Additional Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party.

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
