Rating Level definition

Rating Level means, with respect to any rating agency, each rating subcategory or “notch” of such rating agency , giving effect to pluses and minuses (or similar designations). By way of illustration, BBB+, BBB and BBB- are each separate Rating Levels of S&P.
Rating Level means the applicable category of rating level contained in Schedule I which is based on the rating of the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt as classified by Moody’s or Standard & Poor’s, or both of them, if applicable.
Rating Level means the applicable rating level as set forth in the table under the definition of the Applicable Rate.

Examples of Rating Level in a sentence

  • The Facility Fee shall be determined by reference to the Credit Rating Level in effect from time to time; provided, however, that no change in the Facility Fee rate resulting from a change in the Credit Rating Level shall be effective until three (3) Business Days after the date on which the Agent receives written notice of a change.

  • The L/C Fee Rate for each calendar quarter shall be determined as provided in Schedule I based on the Rating Level in effect on each applicable day of such quarter.
