Examples of RCR Class in a sentence

  • As to any Combinable Class or RCR Class in any Certificate Group, the REMIC class or classes (or portion thereof) included in the applicable Certificate Group having the same letter designation or designations as the Combinable Class or Classes in such Certificate Group.

  • The total amount of interest distributed or added to the Certificate Balance in respect of any Certificate of an RCR Class on any Distribution Date will be equal to one month’s interest at the applicable Interest Rate on the Certificate Balance thereof.

  • All computations of interest accrued on any Certificate of an RCR Class will be made as if each year consisted of twelve months of thirty days each.

  • For purposes of calculating the accrual of interest with respect to any interest-bearing RCR Class or Certificate of an RCR Class, the related Class Balance or Certificate Balance, as applicable, will be deemed to adjust at the beginning of each Interest Accrual Period.

  • The Classes of Certificates shall be represented by one or more certificates substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, in the case of the Combinable Classes, and Exhibit B-2 hereto, in the case of the RCR Class, and shall be maintained, transferred and exchanged on the book-entry records of the Depository in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Classes and one RCR Class having the designation, Initial Authorized Denomination, Interest Rate and Final Distribution Date specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into (i) Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus for the Related REMIC Classes and (ii) the RCR Class having the designation, Initial Authorized Denomination, Interest Rate and Final Distribution Date specified or determined as described in the Schedule, and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

  • As to any date of determination and the AF, CF or PT RCR Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the then current Class Balances of the Classes of Trust Certificates or specified portions thereof (other than any interest only Classes) included in the same Certificate Group, and the denominator of which is the sum of the original Class Balances of such Classes of Trust Certificates or specified portions thereof.

  • The Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into Combinable Classes having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement for the Related REMIC Classes and RCR Class having the designations, Initial Authorized Denominations, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified or determined as described in the Schedule and otherwise shall be subject to the terms and provisions set forth herein.

Related to RCR Class

  • Senior Class means, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes.

  • New Class Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Junior Class of Certificates The Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding as of the date of the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 4.07 herein that has the Lowest Priority.

  • Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.

  • Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.
