RE Contract definition

RE Contract refers to this Wind Energy Service Contract, as may be amended or extended by the Parties and shall have the same meaning as provided under the Act;

  • This RE Contract shall not be assigned to any third party, unless such third party is qualified in accordance with the Act and its IRR.

  • GOVERNING LAW The laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall apply to this RE Contract.

  • The RE DEVELOPER may authorize its subsidiaries, branches or regional corporations to implement this RE Contract, but the RE DEVELOPER shall remain responsible for the performance of this RE Contract.
