Real Property Restrictions definition

Real Property Restrictions means any applicable restrictions on OWNER’s rights in or to real property (such as leasehold or other rights to use or access the Site) or pursuant to any leases, agreements, Permits, easements, licenses, private rights-of-way and utility and railroad crossing rights required to be obtained or maintained by OWNER in connection with the construction of the Gathering System, performance of the Work or the operation of the Gathering System, in all cases as set forth in Exhibit XVII.
Real Property Restrictions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(g).
Real Property Restrictions has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
