In the event that such reduction would cause the Class D Investor Interest to be a negative number, the Class D Investor Interest will be reduced to zero, and the Collateral Interest Amount (after giving effect to reductions for any Collateral Charge-Offs and any Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections on such Transfer Date) will be reduced by the amount by which the Class D Investor Interest would have been reduced below zero.
