Reasonable Security Procedures and Practices definition

Reasonable Security Procedures and Practices means security measures appropriate to the nature of the Personal Information that are implemented and maintained to prevent the unauthorized access and exfiltration, theft, or disclosure of nonencrypted or nonredacted Personal Information and which comply with the applicable Center for Internet Security (“CIS”) Controls.
