Reassignment Amount definition

Reassignment Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, after giving effect to any deposits and distributions otherwise to be made on such Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Adjusted Invested Amount on such Distribution Date, plus (ii) Monthly Interest for such Distribution Date and any Monthly Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders on a prior Distribution Date, plus (iii) the amount of Additional Interest, if any, for such Distribution Date and any Additional Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders on a prior Distribution Date.
Reassignment Amount means, for a Payment Date, the sum of (a) the Note Balance of the Series 20 - Notes on that Payment Date, plus (b) the Accrued Note Interest for each Class for that Payment Date, plus (c) any other amounts due and payable by the Issuer on that Payment Date for Series 20 - , in each case, after giving effect to any payments to be made on that Payment Date.
Reassignment Amount means, for any Transfer Date, after giving effect to any deposits and distributions otherwise to be made on the related Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Principal Balance on the related Distribution Date, plus (ii) Monthly Interest for the related Distribution Date and any Monthly Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 2016-C Noteholders, plus (iii) the amount of Additional Interest, if any, for the related Distribution Date and any Additional Interest previously due but not distributed to the Series 2016-C Noteholders on a prior Distribution Date.
