Record Date and Time definition

Record Date and Time means the date and time falling 48 hours before the time fixed for the Meeting, being with respect to
Record Date and Time means 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Saving Time on June 30, 2017.

Related to Record Date and Time

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Closing Date and Time means the date and time nominated in the Reference Schedule by which Offers are required to be lodged

  • Record Date Period means the period from the close of business of any Regular Record Date next preceding any Interest Payment Date to the opening of business on such Interest Payment Date.

  • Special Record Date for the payment of any Defaulted Interest means a date fixed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 307.

  • Semi-Annual Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
