Examples of Recovered Costs in a sentence
If the Owner or any entity on behalf of the Owner receives any Recovered Costs that are not deposited in the Special Fund, the amount so received shall be automatically credited to and reduce the Reimbursement Obligation as if paid from the Special Fund.
Eligible Costs shall not include (a) any costs of designing or constructing any improvements other than the Eligible Public Improvements; (b) the Recovered Costs that are not deposited in the Special Fund to the extent the Owner receives the benefits of such Recovered Costs; (c) any sales or use taxes paid by the Owner or any contractor or subcontractor of the Owner; or (d) the cost or value of any land dedications or rights of way required by the City or any other public body, utility, or third party.
The Owner shall deliver to the Authority copies of all of the documentation in its possession or in possession of its agents and engineers related to its right to receive such Recovered Costs.
