StoneCo and DLP undertake to attend STNE meetings or assemblies as necessary, and to vote in order to approve the Transaction, including the Redemption of Shares and the Merger of Shares, as well as all related documentation, including but not limited to the Merger of Shares Protocol to be prepared by the managements of Linx and STNE.

Redemption of Shares: Redemption orders must be received by the dealer prior to 4:00 p.m. (EST) on that business day and will be priced at the net asset value computed as of 4:00 p.m. (EST) on such day, less any applicable contingent deferred sales charge and frequent trading/redemption fees, provided that orders so received by a dealer shall have been transmitted to us prior to the close of our business day.
The services described in Section 3 of the Current Agreement, in particular those terms relating to Purchase and Redemption of Shares, will be provided subject to and as modified by the terms of Schedule F for each Interval Fund.
The Redemption of Shares pursuant to Cash Orders that are not Alternate Cash Orders shall only take place if approved by the Sponsor in writing in its absolute discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
