Redevelopment entity means a redevelopment entity

Redevelopment entity means either:

Redevelopment entity means a municipality or an entity authorized by the governing body of a municipality pursuant to subsection c. of section 4 of P.L.1992, c.79 (C.40A:12A-4) to implement redevelopment plans and carry out redevelopment projects in an area in need of redevelopment, or in an area in need of rehabilitation, or in both.

Redevelopment entity means a redevelopment entity authorized by a municipal governing body to implement plans and carry out redevelopment projects in the municipality pursuant to the "Local Redevelopment and Housing Law," P.L.1992, c.79 (C.40A:12A-1 et al.);

Redevelopment entity means a State, county, or municipal

Redevelopment entity means the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey or its successors or assigns acting in the capacity of “redevelopment entity” for purposes of the Redevelopment Law.

Redevelopment entity means the City of Millville, acting as the implementing agent for this Redevelopment Plan in accordance with and under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.12

Redevelopment entity means the Township of West Orange, New Jersey or its successors or assigns acting in the capacity of “redevelopment entity” for purposes of the LRHL.

Redevelopment entity means the Township acting in its capacity as a redevelopment entity pursuant to the Act and/or any permitted successors or assigns.
