Reference Offer definition

Reference Offer means the terms and conditions on which the Dominant Provider is willing to enter into an Access Agreement;
Reference Offer means this document. "LBG" shall mean a Letter of Bank Guarantee.
Reference Offer means a standard form Wholesale National Roaming Service agreement, which describes the relevant services offered broken down into components, and the associated terms and conditions, including charges.

Reference Offer means the terms and conditions (including charges) on which SSSL is willing to enter into an agreement with a Third Party for the provision of Access Control Services;
