Reference Policy definition

Reference Policy means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, the reference policy for such Reference Obligation specified in the Relevant Annex.
Reference Policy means, with respect to any Reference Obligation, the relevant financial guarantee insurance policy or other contract or agreement issued or entered into by the Insurer in respect of such Reference Obligation as in effect on the Effective Date without giving effect to any subsequent amendments thereto.
Reference Policy means, in respect of any Reference Obligation, any policy or financial guaranty applicable thereto from time to time.

Related to Reference Policy
