Reference Rate definition

Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.
Reference Rate means the rate specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
Reference Rate means: (i) with respect to a Dividend Period or a Short Term Dividend Period having 28 or fewer days, the higher of the applicable "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate and the Taxable Equivalent of the Short-Term Municipal Bond Rate, (ii) with respect to any Short Term Dividend Period having more than 28 but fewer than 183 days, the applicable "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate, (iii) with respect to any Short Term Dividend Period having 183 or more but fewer than 364 days, the applicable U.S. Treasury Bill Rate and (iv) with respect to any Long Term Dividend Period, the applicable U.S. Treasury Note Rate.

  • The Administrative Agent and its affiliates or other related entities may engage in transactions that affect the calculation of the Base Rate, Daily Simple SOFR, Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR, the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR or Term SOFR, any alternative, successor or replacement rate (including any Benchmark Replacement) or any relevant adjustments thereto, in each case, in a manner adverse to the Borrower.

  • All other calculations, unless otherwise set forth herein or the context otherwise requires, shall be rounded to the nearest ten-thousandth if expressed as a percentage (other than the Reference Rate, which shall be rounded to the nearest hundred-thousandth), and to the nearest one-hundredth if expressed otherwise.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Collateral Administrator shall also be entitled to request direction from the Collateral Manager with respect to any interpretations and/or methodologies to be used relating to the benchmarks used for the Collateral Obligations and the Reference Rate of the Debt.

  • Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, neither the Administrative Agent, nor any Lender, nor any of their Participants, is required actually to match fund any Obligation as to which interest accrues at Adjusted Term SOFR, Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR or the Term SOFR Reference Rate.

  • The Administrative Agent will, in keeping with industry practice, continue using its current rounding practices in connection with the Base Rate, Daily Simple SOFR, Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR, the Term SOFR Reference Rate, Adjusted Term SOFR or Term SOFR.

Reference Rate means, in relation to the Loan or any part of the Loan:
Reference Rate means the rate used by us to determine the interest charged by us to you for use of the credit facility;
Reference Rate means the variable rate of interest, per annum, most recently announced by Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association, or any successor thereto, as its "base rate," irrespective of whether such announced rate is the best rate available from such financial institution.
Reference Rate means one of the following benchmark rates (as specified in the applicable Final Terms) in respect of the currency and period specified in the applicable Final Terms:

Reference Rate means the rate announced by Bank from time to time at its corporate headquarters as its Reference Rate. The Reference Rate is an index rate determined by Bank from time to time as a means of pricing certain extensions of credit and is neither directly tied to any external rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank at any given time.
