Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

These standard conditions (inclusive of any Schedules and Annexures) are the standard conditions referred to in and forming part of a certain Service Agreement (as dated in item 1 of the Reference Schedule) between Innovated Leasing Pty Ltd ACN.
